Here are the 5 simple steps to becoming a published co-author
Step 1: Contact Kira Henschel (the publisher) to get your information packet (publishing agreement, writing guidelines).
Step 2: Pay 1/3 of non-refundable fee of $450 to reserve your spot and receive one complimentary copy of the book ($150)
Step 3: Write or dictate your chapter (we offer transcription services for an additional $50 if you prefer to talk rather than type). Submit to Stepping Stone for editorial review via email (all writing must be submitted in MS Word, plain vanilla formatting).
Step 4: Submit a 300 dpi digital photo of yourself (optional) and contact information if desired.
Step 5: You receive your chapter for review and approval. When you chapter is returned with corrections (or not), the second payment of $150) is due with your approval form
Step 6: You receive an email stating that the book is ready for submission to the printer, along with an order form for additional books at 50% of the cover price. The final $150 payment is due at this time. BONUS: You can also request that your chapter as a mini-E-book on Kindle at this point.
Step 7: Stepping Stone lists the book on Amazon.com, Barnes & Noble.com, and book wholesalers.
