The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) is a piece of consumer privacy legislation which came into affect on January 1, 2020 regulating how businesses can handle the personal information of California residents. CCPA creates new rights of California consumers relating to the access to, deletion of, and sharing of personal information that is collected by businesses.

We fully recognize you right to deletion, however, we would like to note that in some cases we are obliged to keep you personal information for certain period of time. Mandatory verification: We will need to verify your identity before processing your request. In order to verify your identity, we will generally either require the successful login to your account or the matching of sufficient information you provide us to the information we maintain about you in our systems. Although we try to limit the personal information collected in connection with a request to exercise the right to disclosure and/or the right to deletion, certain requests may require us to obtain additional personal information from you. In certain circumstances, we may decline a request to exercise the right to disclosure and/or right to deletion, particularly where we are unable to verify your identity.
We endeavor to respond to a verifiable consumer request within 45 days of its receipt. If we require more time (up to 90 days), we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing.

Any disclosures we provide will only cover the 12-month period preceding the verifiable consumer request’s receipt. The response we provide will also explain the reasons we cannot comply with a request, if applicable. We do not charge a fee to process or respond to your verifiable consumer request unless it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded. If we determine that the request warrants a fee, we will tell you why we made that decision and provide you with a cost estimate before completing your request.
We reserve the right to amend this CCPA notice at our discretion and at any time. When we make changes to this CCPA notice, we will post the updated notice on the website and update the notice’s effective date. Your continued use of our website following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
